Extending to some 132.46 acres of land of which 117 acres is considered top quality land, with a further 14.68 of grazing land which does include a small area of woodland. We would advise that the land is divided by a minor country road with an off lying block of 23.24 acres which is considered to be very productive land. Please note that there is a legal right of way along the entrance to this parcel of land.
Conveniently located, the main block of land is positioned opposite the homestead and provides a very good grazing and cropping platform, with one field totalling 31.23 acres. The land is in good heart and capable of excellent productivity, as a former dairy farm there are some tracks to the land and there is a private water supply to each field.
