Static Caravan sited within a short distance to the beach at Little Haven
Ideally suited as a bolt hole
Situation
The unspoilt village of Little Haven is one of the gems of the Pembrokeshire Coastline being some 7 miles or so to Haverfordwest, which has the benefits of an extensive range of services and facilities.
Little Haven lies within the Pembrokeshire Coat National Park and is on the long distance coastal footpath and is a pretty coastal village with a small sandy beach and several restaurants and public houses while the larger village of Broad Haven, with its further amenities being within a mile or so.
The setting of this static caravan will no doubt appeal to potential purchasers looking for a convenient spot to the beach in a unspoilt coastal village. The towns of Haverfordwest and Milford Haven as well as several other coastal villages lie within easy reach.
Description
A plan of the site on which the static caravan is located is attached.
The site has pedestrian access only. No doubt the grounds could form attractive garden areas around the existing static caravan. We are advised that the present static has been on the site for 12 years and replaced an original static that had been located there for many years previously.
General Remarks
This is a rare opportunity to acquire a small plot of land within the popular coastal village of Little Haven that is the site of a static caravan.
We understand that historically the site had the benefit of vehicular access through the car park, but this has now been partially fenced off and therefore it is being sold with pedestrian access only.
We also understand that an application to develop this site failed to seal approval 9 years ago.
Services
The static is currently connected to shared mains water & electricity and a limited private drainage system. Any new owner will need to arrange for new services to be connected.
Tenure
We are advised the site is freehold of tenure and that the static will be included in the sale. NB - There is no ground rent payable.
