Situation
Located just off New Road, New Road is the main thoroughfare connecting the Haverfordwest to Burton roadway to the villages of Hook and Llangwm. Hook is a former mining village situated on the southern shore line of the tidal waters of the River Cleddau and lying some 4 miles or so south east of the market town of Haverfordwest which, as the principal administrative centre for the coastal county of Pembrokeshire, has the benefit of an extensive range of facilities and services. Hook itself benefits from a local shop, sports club and primary school with those parts of the village that lie alongside the river being located within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The village has expanded significantly over the last 25 years or so and now offers a mix of properties including social housing and private developments. Generally there is a reasonable demand for all classes of property in the village as all the major centres of employment within the locality lie within relatively easy reach.

Directions
From Haverfordwest take the Freemans way heading out of the town and at Merlin's Bridge roundabout take the first exit left signposted for Burton. After some 2 miles or so in the village of Freystrop turn left for Hook and proceed on this road for approximately a mile and the property can be found on your left, denoted by our for sale board.
